Floorwatch is completely free to shoppers. The app is also free for store associates to download. And the Call for Help feature is also free of charge to select retailers.

However, to access the store’s dashboard (i.e., manage locations, download reports, view store ratings, assign team members to store locations), a store subscription is required. How can I use Floorwatch to call for help?

Floorwatch validates your device is at the store location, during normal business hours. This makes the blue Call for Help button appear. If there is no team member logged in, the app will call the store’s customer service desk.

At any time, you will see a list of locations within proximity to your device. Each location provides store information (e.g., directions, hours, phone, URL). But to place a Call for Help, you must be on-site while the store is open.
